the short version: share vespers honestly, label your posts, and we pay you 50% of a new customer’s first month on chad or gigachad, then 20% of every month they stay. the long version is below, and it’s still pretty short.

who this is for

these terms apply to everyone accepted into the vespers creator program or student ambassador program. we call you a partner. our regular terms, privacy and academic integrity pages still apply too.

joining

anyone can apply, but getting in is our call and we don’t have to explain a no. you need to be at least 13 and, for ambassadors, currently enrolled at a uni or college. if you’re under 18, a parent or guardian needs to agree to these terms with you and help you get paid.

you’re an independent partner, not an employee, contractor or official spokesperson for vespers. don’t present yourself as staff.

your code

you get one personal code. it’s yours to share, but not to sell, swap or hand to someone else to run.

using your own code on your own plan doesn’t count. neither do fake accounts, self-referrals or signups from your family pretending to be strangers.

we can change a code that’s misleading, offensive or too close to someone else’s brand.

what you earn

you earn 50% of what a customer pays for their first month on a chad or gigachad plan bought with your code, then 20% of every month after that for as long as they stay subscribed. the brokies plan is free, so it earns nothing.

if a payment is refunded, disputed or turns out to be fraud, the commission on it is cancelled, even if it was already paid out, and we’ll take it off a future payout.

getting paid

we pay by bank transfer on the 15th of every month, for everything you earned the month before. we’ll email you to collect your bank details securely, so never send them anywhere else.

you’re responsible for your own taxes. we may ask for tax details before we can pay you, and we can hold a payout until we get them.

perks

while you’re in a program, you get the chad plan free. perks end when your partnership ends.

keep it legit

label every post about vespers as an ad, using #ad or your platform’s paid-partnership tag. no hiding it at the end or in a sea of hashtags.
show vespers for what it is: a study tool that helps you plan, research and cite. never pitch it as a way to skip the work.
only share results you actually got. no fake grades, fake screenshots or made-up stats.
follow the rules of every platform you post on, and, for ambassadors, your uni’s rules on promoting things on campus.

hard no

content that says vespers writes essays for you, beats ai or plagiarism checkers, or helps anyone cheat.
spam: mass dms, comment flooding, fake reviews or posting your code where it isn’t welcome.
running ads on the name vespers, or registering domains, handles or pages that look like ours.
posting your code on coupon or deal sites without our ok.
hate, harassment or anything that would make your mum or your dean wince.

using the vespers brand

use the logo, colours and templates from the resources tab in your portal, as they are. don’t stretch, recolour or remix the logo, and don’t make it look like vespers is speaking through you.

you keep ownership of what you create. by posting about vespers you let us reshare it on our own channels with credit to you, and you can ask us to take a reshare down any time.

ambassadors

run study sessions like a good human: be welcoming, respect the venue, and never pressure anyone to buy a plan. if your uni or a society says no to promotion, that’s a no.

certificates

your partner certificate is a vibe, not a qualification. the quirky line on it is a joke, not a factual claim about you, your pp or your yacht.

leaving or being removed

you can leave any time from settings in your portal. we can pause or end your partnership if you break these terms, if your content harms vespers or other students, or if we change or close the programs.

when a partnership ends, your code stops working. commission you’ve earned honestly up to that point is still paid on the next payout date, unless it came from breaking these terms.

changes

we may update these terms. if it’s a big change, we’ll email you before it kicks in. staying in the program after that means you’re ok with the new version.
